Service Description

Employment services to assist unemployed persons be successful in their efforts to return to the workforce.  Individuals are assisted in making decisions to establish a realistic and achievable job goal. Further assistance is given to prepare for, obtain and maintain employment.

Vocational Rehabilitation services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities to enter or return to the workforce.  Individuals are assisted to prepare for, obtain and maintain employment.
Eligibility Unemployed individuals, eligible to work in Canada.
Persons with disabilities or other significant barriers to employment who are sponsored by ODSP Employment supports or other rehabilitation funding, such as Auto Insurance, Disability Insurance, Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, Veterens Affairs Canada or other out-of-province Worker's Compensation Board's or other funding source.
List of Employment Services

Employment Group Information Sessions, Employment Assessment and Case Management including employability needs determination and development of return-to-work action plans; Employment Counselling, strategy workshops for Career Decision-Making and Job Search; and, Job Development services.

Additional Services for persons with disabilities include Vocational Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Physical Demand Analysis, OT Assessments and Case Management Services.
